CUSTOMER CARE

As a customer care representative for a tattoo and piercing shop, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service to all clients who visit or contact the shop. Your duties may include:

Greeting customers warmly: As the first point of contact, you should greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Make them feel comfortable and at ease, especially if they are nervous about getting a tattoo or piercing.

Answering questions: Clients may have questions about the shop's services, pricing, safety procedures, or aftercare instructions. You should be knowledgeable and able to answer their queries accurately and confidently.

​

Assisting with appointments: You may be responsible for scheduling appointments, rescheduling appointments, or canceling appointments as needed. You should be organized and able to handle scheduling conflicts with minimal disruption to clients.

​

Explaining procedures: Before clients get a tattoo or piercing, they may want to know what to expect during the procedure. You should be able to explain the process in detail, including any risks or potential complications.

​

Offering aftercare advice: After the procedure is complete, you should provide clients with aftercare instructions to promote healing and prevent infection. You should be knowledgeable about proper aftercare techniques and able to answer any questions clients may have.

Resolving issues: If a client has a complaint or concern, you should be able to address it promptly and professionally. You may need to escalate the issue to a manager if it cannot be resolved immediately.

​

Maintaining a clean and safe environment: You should ensure that the shop is clean and safe for clients and staff. This may include sanitizing surfaces, sterilizing equipment, and disposing of waste properly.

​

Overall, your goal as a customer care representative for a tattoo and piercing shop is to ensure that every client has a positive experience and feels satisfied with the service they received.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

​

 We are a walk-in base shop for piercings so no appointment is needed, however extra guests are not allowed into the store, this includes kids & infants unless all parties are getting serviced. Rules are strictly enforced to keep staff and clients safe due to limited space. 

 

Minors that are getting pierced are allowed 1 parent to consent the service however parent must have ID and legal guardians will need additional documents to prove guardianship if you questions about which documents will be needed Click Here.

Upon arrival, please wait at the door someone will let you shortly , don't worry we can see through the glass but there  maybe guests ahead of you being serviced.

​

Tattoos are by appointment, but consult, bookings, and pricing are by walk-ins in store daily . You may call to schedule as well, a deposit is required. Click here to call and schedule a booking.
